Instead of just using weights, you can do something that is not related to lifting weights. You know what you may like to do, and that is where you can start looking. If you enjoy the exercise you are doing, then you will have a higher chance of staying with it. The more you learn about what it takes to stay healthy, the more ways you can find to make it more interesting and enjoyable. Just as you don't have to eat the same foods every day to eat a healthy diet, you don't have to do the same workout every day.
